What we do
Coordination — not advice.
Fast-track applications run several parallel workstreams over 6–12 months. The risk is rarely any single workstream — it is the seams between them. Document control, consistency, programme, panel response.
We coordinate them — and the application package they all feed into — so the substantive lodgement is on time, consistent, and ready for the panel.
The wedge
Half the bill. None of the partner-rate coordination tax.
Big firms bill $400–$800/hr at partner level. Roughly half of every Fast-track engagement is coordination, not technical advice. We do the coordination properly for a flat fee.
